Martin Luther House
Rooted on the edge of the University of Alberta’s North Campus, Martin Luther House is the residence for our Intentional Living-Learning Community and the centre of many of our gatherings and activities.
Intentional Living-Learning Community
Located at 10941-88 Avenue in old Garneau, Martin Luther House is just half a block from the eastern edge of the U of A North Campus. The house offers a unique living-learning experience for five students while attending the University of Alberta or another post-secondary institution such as NAIT or MacEwan University in Edmonton.
The Intentional Living-Learning Community at Martin Luther House in Edmonton strives to live each day into three purposes:
– To nurture a community shaped by the way of Jesus that accompanies one another through the practice of mutuality, inclusivity, vulnerability, empowerment, sustainability, and accountability.
– To foster a learning environment where faith, justice, and academics intersect with robust conversation and creativity.
– To co-create with the LSM and LCM-E communities a space rooted in the Love of God and outstretched for the sake of the world.

Basement Suite rental
Martin Luther House also features a two-bedroom, fully-furnished basement suite that is rented separately from the Intentional Christian Community. Please direct inquiries to Pastor Elly McHan. (The suite is currently occupied and not available to rent.)
